After doing that, the bank will give all of you your starting funds, and in turn, you will throw dice to land on various proprieties. If you have the money to buy them and wish to do so, you can, but if you are just staying and want to advance, you need to pay rent. If you own the propriety, other players pay you the rent.

Your goal is to own as many proprieties as possible, from the various areas of wealth, since some are cheaper, some more expensive. You can trade with other players, and the ones that run out of money lose, with the final one standing and owning the much becoming the winner.

You can go to jail if you land on that card, and there are also challenges that you might end up on, but some special tiles are good and will help you in the game. We wish you good luck since you need it when throwing dice, but, most importantly, we hope you figure out the best capital strategy to take over your friends in the real-estate business!

Game Objectives

Your mission will be to try to own as many properties as possible, because the properties you have can be capitalized in the following ways:

• Rent collection: when a player arrives on your property, he will have to pay you a rent for each turn.
• Cashflow: if you need money quickly, you will be able to sell the property to make money.
• Bankruptcy of opponents: if you own more properties than the other players, you will be able to bankrupt the other players because it will be very difficult for them to survive, considering the taxes they have to pay every turn.

When is a player declared bankrupt?▼

A Monopoly player is declared bankrupt when he has more debts than money in the cash register. The bankruptcy can be against another player, when he has to pay the rent and he doesn't have enough money, or the bankruptcy can also be against the bank, when he has to return money to the bank and he doesn't have it. When the bankruptcy is declared, the bankrupt player will have to cede all properties and money to the party that caused this bankruptcy, regardless of whether we are talking about another player at the table or the bank.

How can you win the Monopoly game?▼
