What is the Garfield Crazy Rescue game about?
Arlene, Garfield's girlfriend has been kidnapped by Joker Rat and his gang of crazy rats. Help Garfield rescue her from the city sewers before it's too late!
Point and Click!
Interaction is the key to the game. Simply use your mouse to move Garfield around, interact with items, add them to your inventory, and use them when the situation requires.
Don't leave stones unturned, as anything can be useful. Follow Garfield's quips on the various items or characters he meets, and use them as hints to advance the story toward a good ending!
The 4 basic rules:
- Click where you want to walk.
- Click on items and characters to interact with them.
- To trigger actions you will drag items from the inventory on the element of the stage you want to use it on.
- End dialogues with the 'Esc' button.
More on the game interactions:
When you click on an item you can choose one of three actions to put on it:
- with the mouth button, you can talk, taste, or bite
- with the hand, you can grab, take, or punch
- with the eye, you get a description of the element you've selected
The importance of your inventory
As in most point-and-click games, having plenty of items in the inventory is useful since you will always need them later on. Watch the inventory at the bottom of the screen, and don't leave things behind.
