This means that you have to shoot them all, so anyone you see, shoot at them, even if they are cute anime girls or small and colorful plants that walk around. If you don't, they shoot you back and kill you.
Try advancing as further as possible through the depths of this world, and make it so that you shoot and kill all the enemies you encounter before they can kill you first, of course.
Move using the W, A, S, D keys, and use the mouse to aim and shoot your guns. If you find any new weapons or upgrades along the way, don't hesitate to grab and use them to your advantage.
