Use the right and left arrow keys to attack the stickman enemies coming towards you from those directions, but make sure to time your hits right, because if you do it too early or too late, your character might stagger for some time, or you might get beaten up yourself and lose, forcing you to start again from scratch.
Instead, keep beating up enemies to gain a bigger and bigger score, as the fights run endlessly as long as you do not die. When you have boss fights to take part in, use the same keys, but use them as shown by the indicators above the screen. Use earnings to buy new items and skins to become a better and stronger fighter.
