With the mouse, you drag the blue monster through the various floors of the tower, and what you will do is target foes of various kinds that have a smaller number than Huggy, gain their power, and then defeat another enemy, and so on, gaining more strength until all enemies have been disposed of.
Weapons you can grab and use for your power-upping are going to be in blue, so move there first, and you will sometimes have to save Kissy Missy from various traps, so make sure you have more power than them to overcome said challenges.
