In each level, you are shown a pixelated figure, and on the top of it you see how the end result needs to look, so follow the guidance of it to fill up the pixels with the correct colors. At the bottom of the screen you receive all the colors you need to use, so click on one, and then click on the pixel you want to fill it with, simple as that.
