You will control an avatar using the mouse or finger, swiping along to move, and you will be surrounded by knives that are always spinning around you, hence the title.
Monsters will attack you, and you need to cut them with said knives, with the numbers on the monsters showing you how many times they need to be hit for you to blast them away.
If you hit into them directly, not with your knives, you lose then and there and have to restart the level, with each new level featuring more aggressive waves of enemies to take on and defeat.
