Control the girls using the arrow keys, press the spacebar to fire, hold it down to charge, and then use a super shot. For the ultimate super shot, you need to collect all three letters of the word POW, their signature move. To switch between Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles, press the X key.
Do not let their health bar run out, because in that case, you will lose. Grab the candy to get invisibility, and grab the hearts to restore health. Your main goal is to destroy the robots that have captured the dogs to release the cute puppies, and along the way destroy the henchmen of Mojo Jojo too.
