The boy is being chased and run down by a huge ball of chocolate, which you must prevent hitting him because in that case, you lose. So, make sure to jump over the obstacles, but also over the pits, since falling into them also causes you to lose.
Simply tap on the screen to jump, as the character runs forward automatically, and try not only to make a big distance on your run but also to collect as many coins as possible, diamonds too.
