With the mouse or touch controls, you move your black hole around the map to swallow bullets and other kinds of weapons, which you then use against the boss in the boss fight. At the bottom of the screen you have buttons for all the weapons you've collected, and to shoot and attack with them, you hold on to said buttons, simple as that.
Do the same for the next level, but make sure to get better weapons, and stronger ones, because your bosses only get more difficult to defeat through the levels, between which you should also try making as many upgrades to your black hole as you can, from the shop.
