With the arrow keys you are going to walk with your Skibidi Toilet which now has mechanical arms just like a spider, and with the spacebar when pressed you will attack using them. Attack the camera heads you encounter and defeat all of them to clear a level, with each new one bringing along more of them to fight.
Of course, with the money you earn between levels, go into the shop and make modifications to your toilet to make it stronger, so that you finish even the harder levels by winning the gruesome fights, and do it quicker.
