In the kitchen, you will see a huge variety of ingredients, and you have to pick them up with the mouse and then click on the pour button to put them in the pot, doing so until you fill up the whole progress bar, and then hit the mix button to see what kind of dish comes out.
Try finding all the good dishes and unlocking them, but some of them will be duds, meaning food that is not meant to be eaten, which is bad.
