With the mouse or touch controls, you drag your target and then release it to shoot your pistols, aiming at the toilets, having to hit and eliminate all of them from a level to clear it. In each new level, there are more toilets, and they get added and placed in various other spots, to make it all more difficult for you.
You can bounce bullets off walls, and you should also try shooting multiple targets with one bullet, which is possible if you aim correctly. The fewer bullets you take to achieve this goal, the more stars you get, being able to get one, two, or three, based on performance. If you shoot yourself or run out of bullets, you lose the levels.
