Use the WASD keys to move, the E key to interact, and the mouse to look around. Go around the rooms in the house, and try to find useful items, or items that can help you escape. For example, you might need to find a key to open the door to the room and go into the hallways. If you make too much noise, you're attracting the horror grandma.
So, one thing you could do is hide, which you can do underneath beds, for example, or you can hide inside a closet. Whatever you do, make sure Granny does not catch and kill you, and if you have it on hand, you can use an emergency invisibility cloak, but that only a few times, so be careful. Use the Z key to crouch.
The more you advance through the house, the scarier it gets, as she wants you to stay there, so be careful, especially about dropping items, because they make noise, and that will make her come out and try to catch you.
