Pokemon Gold, together with Silver, is the RPG game from the Pokemon series released in 1999, and a classic to this day! Now, you can find and play it on our website, free of charge, unblocked, with no download required! No emulator either, since we emulate it here. Johto is the new region you get to explore, and try to conquer, after Kanto was featured in the previous releases like Red and Blue. Professor Elm is the new character that introduces you to the story, where you can be a boy or a girl. He also gives you three new Pokemon to choose from as your starter:

• Chikorita
• Cyndaquil
• Totodile

As the protagonist, take your pocket monsters through the region, and catch all the 100 new Pokemon featured here. Battle other trainers, and hone your skills to challenge the eight gym leaders to get their badges. In addition to these four boss battles, you have to also defeat the Elite Four to become the champion of this new region!

Through the story, deal with your everlasting enemies, Team Rocket. They're back, and so is their leader, Giovanni, whom you will face, in addition to his many acolytes!

Win exciting Pokemon battles!

As in previous iterations, the battles are turn-based. You and your Pokemon fight against other trainers and their Pokemon. Win by depleting them of their health bar first, before they can do it to you, in which case you lose.

Choose attacks to use, and then your opponent chooses theirs. If your monster is stronger, it deals more damage. They get stronger with XP points, which they gain for taking part in fights. So, the more you fight, the stronger you get!

Evolution is also a big step in this. If you get enough XP points, you can evolve Pokemon into stronger versions of themselves. Always aim for it! If you battle a wild Pokemon, defeat it and capture it with the Pokeball. Collect all of them through the game to complete the new Pokedex.

Get the Legendary Pokemon of Johto!

This is one of the most important side-quest in the game. Find the three legendary pocket monsters, before Team Rocket can get their hands on them and use them for nefarious reasons. They are:

• Raikou
• Entei
• Suicune

They are wandering all around, so go on the hunt! Start your newest adventure right now, and catch them all!
