The game brings us back to Johto where you aim to catch Pokemon, train them, evolve them, and win battles with them! It features eight Gym Leaders as your main bosses to defeat, as well as the Elite Four! These are even stronger, hence their name! 

After your Professor introduces you to the world of pocket monsters, choose your starter Pokemon to start your adventure! Your picks are:

• Chikorita
• Cyndaquil
• Totodile

If you explore the region deep enough, you will face off with Team Rocket and their villains. They are searching for Legendary Pokemon, to rule the world with them. Well, catch them before they can. They are:

• Suicune
• Entei
• Raikou

• Developing strategic thinking: Pokemon battles are turn-based. In them, you need to combine offense with defense to beat to the rival monsters, and deplete them of their health bar. The game was first released in 2000. It has an older animation look, a pixelated one, but that gives the games their charm. You play from a top-down view, looking at the characters and world from above, and you see your character in a 3rd person perspective.
