42 Temple of Boom is one of the best arcade shooter games in 2D, also a 2 player game and a pixel game all at the same time, so a must-play!
Let's enter the Temple of Boom!
The first choice you make is between playing in Single-Player or Two Players (in which case you co-op to survive together).
- In the Campaign Mode, you have a sequence of levels that increase in difficulty.
- In the Endless Mode, new enemies never stop appearing, and you have to survive for a time as long as possible.
In both modes, you play in temples (3 in total) with different platforms, where you have to shoot down all the monsters you encounter.
- Shoot up the enemies, and don't let them shoot you up instead. Losing all your HP means losing the game.
The next selection you make is character, and you can unlock more of them with the coins you earn throughout the game:

How to play:
In Single-Player, use your controls like this:
- ARROWS to move, Down key to pick up weapons, Z to shoot, X to switch weapons.
For the 2 Player mode, use the controls like this:
- P1: WASD to move, S to pick up weapons, C to shoot, V to switch weapons.
- P2: ARROWS to move, Down to pick up weapons, K to shoot, L to switch weapons.
Get new weapons, earn more coins!
As you drop enemies dead by shooting them up you can collect the coins they leave behind, so get as many as possible.
At the same time, find the treasure chests and pick up new weapons from them, each new weapon stronger than the last.
